Supervision of AIK the Automated information complex

The NADZOR Automated Information Complex (AIC) is the specialized solution for automation of bodies of prosecutor's office and the organizations equated to it. In addition to automation of classical office work functions of AIK "SUPERVISION" it is intended for work with specific tasks: accounting and conducting criminal cases, work with persons involved in affairs, conducting control and supervising productions on these affairs, etc.

AIK "SUPERVISION" works in 101 prosecutor's offices and organizations equated to it in all territorial subjects of the Russian Federation. The total quantity of the delivered jobs in bodies of prosecutor's office makes 6158, and in Investigative Committee at Prosecutor's office and its structural divisions – 249.

2017: The module of interaction of EDMS with the ССТУ.РФ portal

Since July 1, 2017 at the federal level additional measures for control of results of consideration of citizens' appeals and the organizations and also public initiatives are entered. By the decree of the President of Russia of April 17, 2017 No. 171 it is established that state bodies, local government authorities, the public and municipal authorities should report monthly electronically in the Russian President Administration on results of consideration of addresses and measures taken on them. On the basis of the data which are contained in electronic document management systems with the subsequent sending to a federal information system the Electronic Office Systems company developed the special software for preparation of such analytics.

Information for carrying out monitoring should be published monthly by the organizations on the closed information resource of ССТУ.РФ. To automate its preparation, sending and also to give to state structures the chance to prepare the full reporting without excess costs of time and human resources, the module for interaction of an electronic document management system "CASE" and the automated information SUPERVISION complex with the section "Results of consideration of addresses" of the ССТУ.РФ portal is developed.

In the module, in addition to already existing in systems EOS Group to opportunities for work with citizens' appeals and the organizations, implements the following functions:

• work with addresses by the questions which are contained in them;
• use for accounting of questions of "The standard all-Russian thematic qualifier of citizens' appeals, the organizations and public associations";
• the automated collecting of data, necessary for the publication: registration data, statuses of consideration of the address on each of questions, texts of answers to applicants and cover letters, other necessary information;
• tracking of change of results of consideration of addresses (statuses);
• data transmission about the course, results of consideration of citizens' appeals and the organizations and measures taken by them from EDMS "CASE" and AIK "SUPERVISION" on the ССТУ.РФ resource.

Data transmission about addresses can be made or through export from EDMS in the form of zip-archive, or using the program interface (API). It is possible to study more detailed information on functionality of the module and features of work with it in the special section of our website.

The software for interaction of AIK "SUPERVISION" with SSTU is already available to downloading. Completion and testing of the module for EDMS "DELO" are going to be completed by the beginning of July, 2017. The released product is compatible to the version of EDMS "DELO" 17.1, adaptation under the previous versions is not supposed.
