Rosseti, Skolkovo Foundation and Schneider Electric company signed on October 17, 2017 the tripartite agreement about strategic partnership in the field of localization, development and deployment of a software and hardware complex of the systems of operational and technology management of the distribution electric networks of the next generation.
Problems of partnership
The main objective of the project — development of the high-integrated, intelligent, backbone and distribution electric networks of the next generation and also creation of conditions for development in Russia the distributed generation and for increase in use of electric transport.
Within joint work of the party are going to contribute significantly to formation of the strategic program of development of intelligent networks in the Russian Federation, to create the joint solution meeting the requirements of the Russian operating conditions and the Russian legislation. Carrying out pilot tests of the developed solution with the subsequent analysis of potential for scaling within all electric grid of the Russian Federation is also planned.
Features of the created platform
The technologies developed by residents and partners Skolkovo will become feature of the platform of management of the electric networks.
Victor Vekselberg, the president of Skolkovo Foundation, said: "The project which the Skolkovo Foundation will perform together with Rosseti and Schneider Electric companies is extremely important for Russia. Creation of a modern power supply system — an integral part of digital economy. If testing of "intelligent network" within our pilot project takes place successfully, real perspectives of implementation of this group of technologies for all Russia will appear". |
