TechnologiCS is a specialized software product designed for use in production enterprises. It allows you to provide continuous information support for the main business processes of the enterprise, such as design and technological preparation, production planning, supply of production units with the necessary resources (materials, tools, components, etc.), operational production management (including directly in workshops and areas), control of the production process and resource consumption, quality management and support of released products.

2023: Integration Agreement with DPA Complex

SIES Group and X-sensitive (Extensive-Automation LLC) signed an agreement on the integration of the TechnologiCS platform (developed by SiSoft Development JSC) and the DPA complex (developed by Extensive-Automation LLC). SeaSoft Development announced this on May 30, 2023.

Combining DPA with the TechnologiCS digital platform to automate and inform preparation, planning and operational management processes will accelerate the implementation process and create additional user opportunities.

2016: TechnologiCS version 7.1

CSoft Development announced in September 2016 the release of version 7.1 of the TechnologiCS system. The main changes in the new version affected the document management subsystems, design and technological preparation of production, as well as the warehouse subsystem.

2015: TechnologiCS Capabilities

TechnologiCS allows the relevant plant services to work in real time with one program and a physically unified database, thereby ensuring the efficiency and consistency of actions at all stages - from order acceptance to shipment of products to the customer.

According to the information for December 2015, using TechnologiCS you can:

  • create, maintain and actively use unified electronic reference books (materials, components, equipment, tools and accessories, etc.) in various areas of the enterprise's activity;
  • create and use in the work of all services of the enterprise a single electronic database for manufactured and designed products (products, specifications, 3D models, design, supporting and other documentation, technological processes, material and labor standards, accessories);
  • organize the collective work of designers, technologists, standardizers, workshop and other services with electronic information and documentation, actively use technical data in electronic form when coordinating and making decisions;
  • automate the development of technological processes, calculation of material and labor standards, preparation and issue of design, technological and other documentation, including any summary of the product or order;
  • Calculate the standard and planned cost of products and orders
  • flexibly form the composition of production orders taking into account the individual configuration of specific batches and copies of products, design and technological changes, the current state of work in progress, balances in warehouses and other factors, as well as promptly manage it;
  • draw up the production program and plans of departments (workshops, sections) with the required accuracy, if necessary - up to specific technological operations;
  • create production tasks for specific departments, employees or workplaces, issue various production documentation in automatic mode (route sheets, shift-daily tasks, orders, etc.);
  • Organize an operational record of the performance of work in production (including the use of barcode equipment), monitor the actual state of the planned work, the readiness of parts, assemblies, products, orders, the state of work in progress, the remains of materials, finished parts, etc.;
  • manage the applications and delivery of materials and components to production in accordance with the plan, technological processes and current standards;
  • Calculate the actual (direct) production costs of the order.

Various configurations provide TechnologiCS with high performance and all the necessary tools for building an end-to-end system, which allows you to provide information support at all stages - from design and technological study of the order to control its manufacture and accounting for spent resources.

There is no need to integrate different software products, which not only significantly reduces the time and financial costs of implementing the system, but also saves ordinary specialists and managers from many problems that arise in everyday work. This is especially important for modern dynamically developing industries, where the boundaries between the functional responsibilities of individual units are relative and all services work in constant close cooperation with each other. TechnologiCS is an ideal solution for complex automation of both large plants and small production enterprises.

Follow-up

If necessary, in addition to data on the actual execution of technological operations, TechnologiCS can enter the most detailed information on the progress of the production process - for example, the actual modes of execution of certain technological operations, measurement results, notification of the occurrence of scrap, indicating its type and cause. The Design Service designs and modernizes the products and generates information about the products, individual units, and parts in the common database. Technologists and standardizers supplement this information with technical processes and standards. And then the planning and economic service determines the standard and planned cost. The FSP (or similar department) manages the composition of the production program and its changes using the system. Based on the database on products and technical processes, the production program is detailed to the level of workshop plans, and, if necessary, further to individual technological operations: in fact, a list of works for each department is determined, as well as the amount of materials and other resources necessary for their implementation (according to the technology). Release of materials for production and execution of planned works are recorded in the system. This data is used, on the one hand, to monitor the current state of production, and on the other, to solve subsequent tasks, such as quality management or costing actual costs for the production of an order.
