TerraLink xDE 3.24 Service Pack 1

TerraLink xDE 3.24

TerraLink on June 15, 2022 announced the release of an updated version of the TerraLink xDE 3.24 platform for providing legally relevant electronic document management.

The service pack includes enhancements to the functionality of the product that enhance capabilities when working with primary documents in the account system. Users now have access to notifications about document management events in e-mail or Telegram, exchange of DPC and DPC with functions for intermediary operations, automatic determination of the counterparty's main mailbox when working with several operators, additional settings when working with auto-invoicing and pre-filling MIGO/MIRO.   • Integration with the Kaluga Astral operator has expanded the pool of connected EDO operators to maximize the number of business partners of companies for mutual exchange of electronic documents.

TerraLink xDE 3.22 Service Pack 1

On August 9, 2021, TerraLink announced the update of the TerraLink xDE integration platform in version 3.22, which includes an update package (Service Pack 1) to support the exchange of electronic invoices (including correction invoices) in the format of the Order of the Ministry of Finance of Russia dated 05.02.2021 No. 14n. Now organizations and enterprises selling and purchasing traceable goods must ensure the ability to work with electronic invoices (including corrective ones) through the electronic document management operator. TerraLink xDE 3.21

TerraLink begins TerraLink xDE Product Certification in SAP

In August 2016, TerraLink began certification of the TerraLink xDE product in the Moscow division of the SAP Integration Certification Center (SAP ICC). TerraLink xDE is a product for the exchange of electronic invoices and other legally relevant documents through the services of nine EDM (electronic document management) operators, directly from the SAP ERP interface .

After certification in Russia, it is planned to bring the product to the markets of the CIS countries, where the transition to the exchange of electronic invoices has recently begun. Now companies of various industries (retail, consumer goods, metallurgy, production, etc.) use TerraLink xDE to organize inter-corporate electronic document management. TerraLink xDE version 2.4. What's new?

In preparing release 2.4, special attention was paid to the comfort of working with electronic documents. The changes affected the functionality, interface, administration and provision of additional features.

Functionality. The exchange of electronic documents is carried out through the services of EDO operators. Each of the EDO services has its own features, which are taken into account in the new product release. For example, TerraLink xDE v.2.4 allows you to configure the automatic typing of incoming documents, there are several options for sending and receiving documents: separately, in a package, in a bundle. Also, the functionality of the Product has been expanded with the possibility of canceling documents.

TerraLink xDE v.2.4 has updated single document submission interfaces and document cards. The new version of the Product supports additional features: integration with the signature verification module based on the CryptoPRO SVS product.

TerraLink xDE has been available for new customers since December 2014 in version 2.4. The new version is available for subscribers to upgrade their license.

Box version of TerraLink xDE released

On April 20, 2015, TerraLink announced a boxed version of TerraLink xDE.

The product is intended for inter-corporate exchange of legally significant documents in electronic form through certified EDM operators directly from the user interface of the SAP system.

The boxed version of the product will help the company implement a system of electronic exchange of legally significant documents in one calendar month. This will reduce the labor costs of the finance department and accounting.

The boxed solution has a number of advantages:
