Remote control of the bulldozer LINE of T15

The VIST Robotics company, the resident Klastera of information technologies of Skolkovo Foundation, made in the summer of 2018 pilot journey of the remotely-controlled bulldozer LINE of T15. The multiton construction machine was on a polygon in Cheboksary, the operator managing it in Moscow. All technology tasks were successfully performed.

Bulldozers — new type of the equipment for VIST Robotics. Before the company worked only with autonomous or remotely-controlled trucks. New development – forward development of the concept "Intellectual pit". Main advantage of digital mining – an exception of people of a dangerous zone of work of heavy machinery. Bulldozers often stand idle, and drivers all change are in a cabin in severe working conditions. To solve this problem the VIST Robotics company decided to create Command center in which operators work constantly. Each of them can be connected to any machine, having just selected it from the list and to manage it remotely. All picture from cameras is output to monitors of a workplace which it is possible to locate in command center out of the technology platform.

ChETRA T15 - the machine of the middle traction class for industrial, oil and gas, hydrotechnical construction and the mining industry. The three-point semifixed suspender with the taken-out axis of swing of carts and a mikropodressorivaniye of a tension wheel provides high traction and coupling properties, reduction of shock loads by a running system and improvement of working conditions of the operator.

The Russian pilotless system for dump trucks

The Russian company VIST Robotics carried out at the beginning of 2018 successful tests of the pilotless Unit Rig MT3300 dump truck to Morocco. Before a pilotless system in pits on the heavy-load Komatsu 930E and Komatsu 830E dump trucks was applied only by the Japanese company Komatsu, to Chile and Australia on the Rio Tinto mine.

Were tested on specially prepared polygon located near the Moroccan city of Casablanca. The platform was specially equipped for a running in of the innovative technologies developed by VIST Robotics company.

The Unit Rig MT3300 dump truck of Terex Mining company with completely automated management independently passed along the set route and also made unloading simulation. Thereby one more step to creation of the machine designed to increase safety of works and also to increase efficiency of productions is taken.

2017: Intellectual pit

"The intellectual pit" – the project of creation of the first in Russia technology deserted production of firm useful minerals (TPI), is implemented in partnership with the company SUEK. Cooperation with the companies, equipment manufacturers, allowed specialists of VIST Mining Technology to test the BELAZ robotic equipment and KAMAZ, in 2017 is going to fulfill a fabrication cycle of loading and transportation of TPI in a standalone mode. Estimated costs for implementation of technology make 600 million rubles. The project is implemented within the road map of the marketAVTONET National Technology Initiative.

The VIST Group company performs development and deployment of an automated system of scheduling (an ACS of the State Customs Committee) Karyer. It is a management system for mining-transport complexes on the basis of technologies of satellite navigation and the robotic process control system of open mining operations. Creation of an ACS of STC Karyer at the mining enterprises allows to automate processes of transportations, dredging and drilling-and-blasting works, and further – to carry out mining operations without direct participation of the person. It significantly increases efficiency of open mining operations, allows to perform effective and safe production in regions, hardly accessible and heavy on climatic conditions, increases production security on objects, fixes a problem of shortage of skilled staff. Use of an ACS of STC Karyer transfers mineral extraction by an open method to the modern level of automation.
