On July 1 in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug started "Uniform storage of documents"

On June 26, 2019 it became known that in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug creation of Uniform storage of documents came to the end. Electronic documents in order that residents of the NAO did not show them repeatedly on paper carrier when receiving the public and municipal services will be stored in a system on a centralized basis.

The uniform storage of documents will allow to optimize process of receiving services by residents of the district. At the appeal to office "My Documents" specialists with the consent of the applicant will create the certified electronic copies of the documents submitted by it, and will place them in uniform base. In this case it will not be necessary to bring with itself repeatedly any more those documents which were shown already once. Documents will be stored in uniform storage during fixed term of use, and it will be possible to use them in any situation where the service will be rendered. Personal data will be reliably protected, and are available only to the organizations and authorities which renders to citizens the corresponding public and municipal services. And they, in turn, will have no right to demand from applicants or the multifunction centers submission of documents of personal storage on paper carrier if verified copies of such documents are available in uniform storage of documents. In uniform storage only those which are included in a certain list will be placed. Also it was announced that at filing of applications electronically via the Regional portal of the public and municipal services residents of the NAO will be able to use the certified electronic copies of the documents placed in storage. At the same time the corporal appearance in authority, local government authority or in the multifunction center will not be required.

Functioning of Uniform storage of documents is regulated by the district law. It will be possible to use documents from Uniform storage only at the request for the public or municipal services provided by executive bodies of the government or local government authorities of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug.

The Administration of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, the Nenets information and analytical center, MFC of the public and municipal services of the region and also the system developer – Sistematika Consulting company became partners of the project.^[1]
