Executive authorities of the Novgorod region and organizations subordinated to them are connected to Cloud of 1C

2019: Results of the project of creation of the centralized IC of accounting and personnel records

On February 18, 2019 the 1C company reported that together with Administration of the Governor of the Novgorod region summed up the results of the project of creation of the centralized information system of accounting and personnel records (RTsIS BKU) of the Novgorod region.

The governor of the Novgorod region Andrey Nikitin noted that as a result the region received the resource management system which is based on a modern cloud platform. For February, 2019 268 organizations - all executive authorities of the Novgorod region and organizations subordinated to them were already connected to the regional system "Cloud of 1C". "The cloud of 1C" provides not only financial and economic activities and personnel work, but also operational analytics for key indicators of accomplishment of the Decree of Russian President No. 204 "About the national purposes and strategic problems of development of the Russian Federation until 2024" and also regional priority projects.

Transition to the centralized cloud IT solution from earlier used diverse local programs allowed to reduce three times costs for maintenance of the accounting and personnel systems, approximately on a third to increase labor productivity of financial and economic services.

The most valuable that gives transition to accounting in a uniform cloud, - data are centralized, it is not necessary "to elicit" reports at subordinated organizations any more. The management of the region has up-to-date and reliable data for acceptance of high-quality and operational management decisions. Boris Nuraliyev, director of 1C Company

He noted also that possibilities of cloud computing on 1C: Enterprise platform allow to increase functionality of a system in process of emergence of tasks. It is possible to add functional units for automation of the whole industries to Cloud of 1C: health care, education, culture and others. These opportunities will be involved at development of the innovation project "Digital School" about which the governor Andrey Nikitin told. Based on the pilot project which is successfully executed at the Novgorod school No. 36 it is going to scale it on all region, to connect not less than 50% of the educational organizations of area to Cloud of 1C and to implement:

• analytical center of management of the education industry using the Big Data consolidated in a cloud,
• the center of financial provision allowing to control budgetary funds from planning before purchases and, as a result, effectively to use them.

Further digitalization of health care will be other important direction of development of functionality of Cloud of 1C in 2019 - implementation of a software module Hospital drugstores will allow to receive detailing of costs on each patient and to cut down inefficient expenses on drugs.

2017: Agreement of 1C and Administration of the Novgorod region on cooperation

On October 17, 2017 N the governor of the Novgorod region Andrey Nikitin and the director of 1C Company Boris Nuraliyev signed the Agreement on cooperation.

The agreement provides development and strengthening of interaction in information technology fields, creation of organizational and technology conditions of cooperation when implementing projects with use of a software platform "1C: Enterprise", exchange of experience, knowledge, technology and methodological information for formation of an effective system of public administration.

The governor of the Novgorod region Andrey Nikitin emphasized that development of cooperation of the Novgorod region and 1C company within the signed agreement will promote creation of a common information space in the region, will help solving of tasks, facing the government of the region.
