Baltika controls accomplishment of strategic objectives using the solution "Korus Management of Strategy"

On July 18, 2019 the company "Baltika" reported that it together with the Russian IT- the company "CORUS Consulting" implemented the solution for project managements which are implemented by service logistics, planning and customer service. "KORUS " will help brewery to achieve key strategic objectives and to control their accomplishment at the level of divisions and employees.

Own development of Corus Consulting on the 1C-Bitriks24 platform is intended to arrange in Baltika process of management of more than 200 projects in the field of logistics, customer service, planning and forecasting. All of them are implemented within the strategy of PARUSA'22 company. For July, 2019 the solution "KORUS|Management of strategy" is implemented in nine departments of the company — it in the long term will increase efficiency of joint work with data in real time for nearly 500 employees of Baltika.

The main objective of the executed Corus Consulting of the project — to create in brewery complex approach to business strategy implementation, including at the level of projects and routine tasks. Actions of each specialist of Baltika according to the results of the project should be approved with general corporate purposes. For the solution of this task "KORUS|Management of strategy" visually builds the step-by-step action plan of each employee, from arrangement of priorities before accomplishment of the specific transactions leading to achievement of this or that strategic objective. And not only actions of certain specialists are built, but also tasks of departments of Baltika are balanced: for the organization of group work of users with documents and reporting materials Corus Consulting customized the instant messaging system and expanded management of access rights.
