As the founder of the LikeBank project Elliot Goykhman explained to Kommersant, service will allow "drag" clients from MTS one click without Insurance Number of Individual Ledger Account and a selfie with the passport.

To use service, it is necessary to send the phone number to a chat of MTS and to enter a confirmation code from the SMS. The operator identifies the client by number and will send its data to bank which will issue the virtual card.

Due to use of the simplified identification procedure, for the virtual card restrictions will work. The maximum remaining balance on it cannot exceed 60 thousand rubles, and in a month with it it is possible to make transactions for the total amount no more than 200 thousand rubles. In ATMs it will be possible to remove no more than 5000 rubles a day and 40 thousand rubles a month from it.

The map can use for online purchases or to add it to purses like Google Pay and Apple Pay for contactless payment.

The interlocutor of the edition close to MTS bank told that after technology "running in" on clients of MTS there will probably be a possibility of identification of the clients using services of other operators.[1]

According to Kommersant, MTS-bank using similar solutions expects to attract about 4  million "easy" clients in three years. As this case non-market, it is not necessary to tell about the profit of MTS. But in the future theoretically the operator can earn from other banks for service of simplified identification. LikeBank will receive runtime royalty fees.
