On July 18, 2019 PJSC Gaysky GOK reported that on its underground mine the software product — "Aeroset" is implemented. It is the analytical complex intended for design of ventilation systems in mines. The computer program was developed in laboratory of an aerology and thermophysics of GI Ouro RAHN jointly with specialists of the scientific, project and mining enterprises.

To implement "Aeroset", within a year serious work was done. We created topology of the underground mine of plant, i.e. received his actual picture in a mathematical model. It is very laborious work if to consider that underground developments there are more than 10 thousand. And we need to support, fill up this picture with calculations and data constantly. The program allows to do it simply and quickly,

Earlier calculation of necessary ventilation on the underground mine was carried out manually. Specialists went down on the horizon, carried out measurements of expenses of air, calculated the necessary volume then entered adjustments into a vent system. Now on computer model it is possible to see online each point of the horizon, to define necessary amount of air and to change parameters.

Using the implemented computer program on Gaysky GOKE already prepared the advanced actions plan on localization and recovery from the accident on the underground mine. In addition to a mathematical model of the underground mine, in it exact calculations for ventilation and capsizing of an air stream in case of the fires in oblique and vertical developments etc. are provided.

In work on implementation of the computer program "Aeroset" directed to strengthening of security of our mines from emergency situations we were guided by the appropriate federal programs and rules. It is possible to tell that all mountain enterprises of UMMC made the decision on need of implementation of this product. Using the developed analytical complex development plans for mining operations will also be formed,
