On February 19, 2019 the Technologies of the Future company announced system implementation of queue management of NEURONIQ in UK Zhilishchnye Sistemy Krasnoyarska LLC.

According to the company, UK "HCC" developed corporate standards of high-quality service for which implementation and control of execution in all payment processing centers management systems for queue of NEURONIQ are installed for ensuring fast and comfortable service of homeowners.

The operation algorithm of a system is based on the principle of specialization of jobs providing the automated flux profile of visitors to profile employees to whom certain types of service which choice is performed on the touch terminal are assigned. For mitigation of the consequences of the possible wrong choice of service, setup of the NEURONIQ system allow specialists of management company to redirect the client to other employee on a position in the list expecting, corresponding to registration time, i.e. the visitor does not need to uphold queue again, it will be accepted as though initially selected the correct specialist.

Except a direct impact on the level of comfort of service by ordering of flows of clients, the management system for queue provides analytical data on business process which are used by the management of UK "HCC" for control of load of district directorates and development of actions for optimization and increase in efficiency of customer service.
