2020: Supply of equipment for fight against voltage surges

The national center of informatization (the NCI, is included into State Corporation Rostec), announced on August 4, 2020 delivery for the Khimki regional hospital of digital optimizers of energy consumption. Use of optimizers will allow to stabilize tension in the electric networks of organization, in connection with increase in equipment by the additional medical hardware.

Digital optimizers of energy consumption of OEP3 series are made by Scientific Research Institute Vektor of Ruselectronics holding (enters into Rostec) and are intended for normalization of tension on the party of the end consumer and for protection of the equipment connected on an object. They are expected creation of secure systems of power supply of objects at differences of tension and exclude unplanned shutdown of the equipment and also allow to receive direct economy of the consumed electric power and increase energy efficiency in power lines 220 and 380V.

The pandemic of COVID-19 led to gain of load of medical institutions with respect thereto the request for providing medical institutions with the reliable and safe electrical power systems raised. Recently the number of the hi-tech equipment for the purpose of diagnostics, prevention and treatment of different diseases which the queue creates the need for ensuring reliable and safe power supply significantly increased in health facilities. Digital optimizers of energy consumption of OEP3 series will allow to exclude the possible emergency situations directly connected with the low-quality electric power, – the CEO of NCI Konstantin Solodukhin reported.

The equipment is equipped with the software and intelligent systems of management and control. Access to detailed information on the current parameters of energy consumption and quality of the entering tension is provided to the user. In case of a deviation of the set energy consumption parameters, the equipment quickly reacts to changes of parameters of the electric network. Optimizers can be integrated into monitoring systems of energy consumption of an object and allow to create digital local "smart" Smart Grid power supply networks.
