Authorities of the Republic of Ingushetia passed to a single communication framework

2020: CommuniGate Pro implementation

On May 27, 2020 the ALFA technologies company reported that it together with Axoft completed the project of updating of a system of communications for Administration of the Head and the Government of the Republic of Ingushetia and the Ministry of the industry and digital development of the Republic of Ingushetia based on the CommuniGate Pro platform. The software product provides services of e-mail, instant messaging, voice and video conference in a format of "one window". The solution will allow to improve interdepartmental interaction, to increase security and controllability communication infrastructure.

According to the company, within implementation of the national program "Digital Economy of the Russian Federation" for the Information security direction, import substitution policy and informatization of the region the task to exclude use by bodies of executive, municipal authority and the subordinated organizations of the Republic of Ingushetia of potentially unsafe software solutions and products providing electronic correspondence and communication and also to consolidate management of communication infrastructure was set for the staff of the Ministry of the industry and digital development of the Republic of Ingushetia.

One of key requirements which the customer imposed when choosing the solution is unification within a single software platform of a complex of communication services: e-mail, instant messaging, voice and video conference, planning tools and organization of joint work. Also should be software cross-platform, have scaling potential within further informatization of the Republic and be in the Unified register of the Russian programs for electronic computers and databases according to the Federal legislation.

In the course of study of a task several solutions were analyzed and tested. A choice was made for benefit of the platform of unified communications CommuniGate Pro. The pilot project with deployment of 50 test licenses confirmed: possibilities of CommuniGate Pro correspond to needs of the customer.

The competitive procedure was won by ALFA technologies company the zone of project presence of which includes also North Caucasus federal district. Implementation of CommuniGate Pro and the accompanying elements of the project was performed by technical specialists of Axoft and engineers of ALFA technologies, with direct participation and control of the Ministry of the industry and digital development of the Republic of Ingushetia. Including thin setup of a system was provided and training of employees of the customer is provided. The product for more than 1000 users was unrolled less than in ten days.

The advantages got according to the results of project implementation of single communications system are directed to conversion of work of authorities of the Republic. The solution will allow to improve qualitatively communication between departments and final employees that will affect efficiency of acceptance of these or those, including managerial, solutions.
