Users of our system bring the "crude" requirements of the purchased products, using usual to them means of 1C. There they affirm initially and filtered, and then transferred in "E1-Zakupki" that the staff of purchasing department could work with them. A system allows to consolidate the same requirements arriving from different branches and divisions that gives the chance to reduce labor input on each small purchase and to reduce the total cost of unit of the purchased products, due to receiving a discount on increase in its volume,

Final stage of purchase in the E1-Zakupki system is the agreement card in which the information about the winner and the agreement gather. At the same time data on the signed agreement are transferred to the register of contracts EIS. Also, upon completion of a purchasing cycle, data on results of purchase are transferred back to program 1C that allows to carry out all further procedures for the signed agreements.

Besides, in a system the history of agreement performance is conducted. If the agreement is multi-stage, its results of execution on each of stages (an execution stage) are also transmitted to the register of contracts EIS in compliance with government decree No. 1132.

The solution is integrated with UEMP and EIS electronic marketplace.
