2019: Equipment of the Moscow office multimedia technologies

The Croc company announced on August 15, 2019 that OTP Bank reviewed approach to a working space and equipped the Moscow office with modern multimedia technologies to build corporate communications in the digital-environment. The project was implemented by CROC IT company in two months.

The design of office OTP of Bank is based on the idea of innovations, convenience and environmental friendliness. The space represents open space with a large number of meeting rooms, zones for agile-commands, collaborations, lounge zones. Each premises are equipped a complex of convenient and simple audiovisual solutions for joint work in use. Specialists of CROC constructed several types of media systems at office OTP of Bank and also expanded systems capabilities of a video conferencing (VIDEOCONFERENCING) and internal communications (Digital Signage).

The dynamic digital medium in which we live influences also the organization of office interaction. The concept of "workplace" is gradually blurred. Offices of heads and VIP-negotiation are equipped with the centralized control system of the multimedia equipment and are controlled with the help of touch-panels. In work areas of office the wireless system of the presentations and interactive displays are installed. It allows to tell instantly content from the personal phone, the tablet, the notebook to the general screen and to work collectively with information. Using the interactive display it is possible to receive online the documents, diagrams and the presentations created on the general screen.

The booking system of meeting rooms simplifies search of premises from oho equipment, interactive screens. The complete schedule of meetings is displayed on the special multimedia screen near each meeting room.
