2020: Transfer of a cluster "1C the Enterprise" in LanCloud cloud

"Palfinger Kran Rus" accelerated work of 1C at the expense of LanCloud cloud. On July 2, 2020 the LanCloud company reported about it.

Palfinger Kran Rus LLC is the representative in the territory of the Russian Federation and the CIS countries of the producer of Palfinger cranes manipulators. The company placed the last 5 years 1C in a cloud of one of providers which ceased to satisfy to business needs over time. As a result the management made the decision on change of supplier of services.

When choosing Plafinger provider proceeded from three main criteria: reliable DPC, the high level of quality of service, and also existence of deep competences on deployment and technical support of the high-loaded servers 1C: Enterprise. Having conducted a market research, Palfinger stopped on cloud provider of LanCloud.

The cloud of LanCloud is placed in DPC of DataPro with full certification of TIER-III Design, Facility and Operations. The LanCloud company is the certified supplier of cloud services based on products 1C: Enterprise, and also provides the high level of SLA with a financial guarantee of availability of 99.9%.

In the course of migration the decision not to transfer all available virtual servers, and to unroll infrastructure of 1C from scratch, and then to transfer all information from an old cloud was made. Specialists of LanCloud unrolled clusters of 1C and SQL Server based on server platforms with the Intel Xeon processors Scalable Gold of the second generation with a frequency of 4.0 GHz. Unrolled farms terminal and Web servers, configured remote access, as with a connectivity the thick client through RDP, and using the thin client and via the browser. All virtual servers were protected by the virtual firewall based on Mikrotik, and also reverse-proxy servers based on Microsoft IIS ARR. After deployment of infrastructure 1C bases were migrated directly.

Due to use of effective Palfinger processors increased the speed of work of 1C, having at the same time reduced the cost of services, and also increased reliability and level of technical support.
