2019: The organization of interaction of Post Bank with departments of OSZN

On January 16, 2020 the international company Bell Integrator providing traditional technology services and services developed and implemented the solution providing electronic document management between financial institution and the departments of social protection of the population (DSPP) in all territory of Russia in Post Bank. Thanks to project implementation now clients of bank can receive on a centralized basis on the savings accounts the social benefits and compensations charged by it the state.

This software is development of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation which is earlier set, providing interaction with regional departments. It was developed also in due time by Bell Integrator. The system implemented for January 16, 2020 expands the number of the services provided by bank. In particular, it allows to process more than 38 different formats of the data sent from OSZN.

Already more than 230 thousand clients across all Russia seized the opportunity given by bank for the beginning of January, 2020.

The works connected with increase in fault tolerance of a complex became one more significant step in the development of earlier existing system executed by specialists of system integrator. So, inclusion in the system of additional servers with the updated software almost completely excluded its dependence on possible failures of the equipment (both during the work with RPF, and with OSZN).

In turn, thanks to the carried-out additional developments on automation of the existing business processes load of specialists of bank was considerably reduced and also time of transfer of payments for customer accounts is reduced – it occurs even at night that especially relevant for remote regions of east part of Russia. At everything at the same time data of clients are reliably protected by a software package with functions of enciphering and the electronic signature.

2016: The organization of interaction of Post Bank with regional departments of RPF

The Bell Integrator company specializing in consulting, technology services and outsourcing developed and implemented the solution providing interaction of Post Bank with regional departments of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation regarding electronic exchange of documents on pension payment for savings accounts of clients of bank in 2016.

Thanks to the system designed and set by specialists of Bell Integrator, transfer of pensions into customer accounts, necessary checks and other transactions began to be made on the party of bank in the automated mode. The solution Bell Integrator supports simultaneous operation with an extensive network of regional and territorial departments of RPF and has high performance. At the same time a system has uniform architecture that simplifies management and increases its efficiency.

Thanks to efforts of our command and the company integrator, work of employees of the bank was considerably optimized. All customer information is displayed in a system, necessary data arrive directly from the Pension fund, and key transactions are made on the party of bank.
