PJSC SKB of Primorye Primsotsbank was positive for results of application of the Budget of Household Expenses application from the Russian developer Intersoft Lab. Bank operates the application more than two years, its implementation allowed bank to pass to collective and detailed planning of administrative expenses, to reduce labor costs and terms of preparation of the annual budget, to provide effective control of target use of means.

Social commercial bank of Primorye Primsotsbank - one of the largest universal credit institutions of the Far East providing full range of services for private and corporate clients. The regional network of Primsotsbank is provided by branches and offices in Primorsk, Khabarovsk and Kamchatka Krai, the Omsk, Chelyabinsk, Irkutsk, Sverdlovsk regions, in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

In 2012 the bank automated planning processes of the economic estimate on the basis of the Budget of Household Expenses application from Intersoft Lab company that allowed bank to refuse labor-consuming budgeting in spreadsheets and to pass to collective costs planning. As a result the bank received necessary detailing of expenses, and terms of preparation and approval of the budget were significantly reduced. The financial department had an opportunity to use tools for the automated consolidation of estimates of divisions that provided minimization of labor costs and an exception of errors at data of the plan. The data of the summary estimate prepared using the application are used by preparation of the uniform income and expenditure budget of bank.

Plzovatelyami of the application are more than 50 employees of different divisions of bank. A system is applied to planning of the estimate, control of economic payments within the set budget and preparation the plan fact of the budget reporting.

2019: Results of application and development of an analytical system

The Budget of Household Expenses application is used in processes of economic budgeting. Its users are over 50 employees of business divisions and financial department. The automated technology of collective planning helps to receive the budget of AHR in a short time, and support of the principles of the centralized expense control - quickly to approve payments and to hold expenses in the set framework.

The corporate data warehouse into which data of accounting and operational accounting from the accounting systems are loaded is a basis for formation of different types of the reporting for the benefit of top managers and analysts, management of assessment of bank risks, service of financial monitoring, economical department and business divisions of bank. Since January 1st, 2019 Primsotsbank completed transition of trading day of bank to a uniform IT landscape (one accounting system), but the data warehouse from Intersoft Lab did not lose the relevance. The storage "unloads" the transaction systems, being a source verified, enriched with analytics given and account which are actively used by employees in the work.

Information collected in storage is used at solving of tasks, connected with control and the analysis of activity of business divisions and branches, with credit portfolio management and risks, with development of the business directions. Based on storage data preparation for release of the normative reporting and fulfillment of requirements of Federal law No. 115-FZ is provided. In Bank works on development of storage, in particular for the purpose of support of provisions IFRS 9 and other regulatory requests, development of new analytical reports are conducted.

2017: Results of application and development of an analytical system

On August 22, 2017 Primsotsbank summed up the results of use and development of a system of the analytical reporting. An analytical system based on the data warehouse in bank provides release more than 70 intra bank statements for top managers and analysts, managements of assessment of bank risks, services of financial monitoring, economical department and business divisions of bank. Its maintenance and development is performed by forces of specialists of credit institution.

Primsotsbank develops the corporate data warehouse on the platform "Circuit" of development of the company Intersoft Lab since 2010. In the storage integrated with CORE BANKING SYSTEM CFT Bank (IBSO) and CFT Retail (RBS) accounting data and more than fifteen financial instruments are collected: credits and deposits of physical persons and legal entities, MKB/MBD, bank guarantees, letters of credit, bills of exchange, etc. The analytical platform is applied to preparation of the internal reporting Oracle Business Intelligence (Oracle BI).

These storages are applied by different divisions at solving of tasks, connected with formation of the normative reporting, operational management and business development of bank. So, data of the loan portfolio are used for preparation of financial statements, including according to IFRS. The internal reporting for the benefit of the business directions of bank helps to carry out the detailed analysis of their activity, for example, to estimate volumes and profitability of credit products, including on divisions of bank and sales points, to analyze income by divisions and clients. As of August, 2017, according to storage more than 70 intra bank statements are issued.

The system of the internal reporting on the basis of storage is used by analytical services, management of assessment of bank risks, service of financial monitoring, economical department and also business divisions of bank and its top management. The total quantity of consumers of analytical information exceeds 60 people.

According to employees of the bank, after implementation of storage the quantity of the internal reports prepared on a regular basis grew, access to various data on transactions became simpler. Many types of the necessary information became available only in use data warehouses. In addition to regularly issued reports using Oracle BI it is possible to receive quickly answers for the different private analytical tasks arising in the managerial sphere of bank.

All works on maintenance and development of reporting system are conducted by forces of specialists of credit institution. They control quality of data in the data warehouse Circuit, support applied settings in current status, project reports in Oracle BI, etc. Simple reports are created by users, more difficult and compound reports — advanced users and the staff of IT service.
