On March 30, 2020 the Lexema company announced system implementation of training management and personnel development in RN-Transport company.

System implementation of training management and personnel development pursued the following aims:

  • Ensuring system approach to training management of personnel
  • Acceleration of input and data processing on personnel training
  • Rearrangement of routine transactions on a system, release of human resources

RN-Transport

The training management system and personnel development is held for use in RN-Transport LLC in GO and branches of Society in the cities of Ufa, Strezheva, Usinsk, Nefteyugansk, Okh, Slavyansk-na-Kubani, Pleasant

The training management system and personnel development is intended for the enterprises which make strategic plans on management of personnel potential and aim to improve the personnel.

The web solution architecture allows to organize remote interaction of all specialists who are taking part in business learning processes.

The remote platform of a system allows to provide training using modern technologies without direct presence of the pupil in the venue of occupations. Such approach allows to manage flexibly the diagram of training and to create groups of students irrespective of their territorial stay.

A system helps to keep account and to control terms of carrying out different types of training (obligatory, corporate or professional). For industrial enterprises control of processes on preparation and an examination (certification) of workers for labor safety is of particular importance. Work in a system allows to reduce risks of obtaining notes, instructions or penalties in case of not timely training and certification of personnel for industrial security.

Functionality:

In a system it is possible to make plans for different types of training: obligatory, corporate and professional. Training can be internal and be carried out with participation of regular trainers, can be external at which training is provided by third-party education center – provider of training. For each type of training in a system accounting and control of business learning processes is configured.

  • Maintaining uniform reference book of training programs
  • Maintaining in the system of a matrix of personnel training. Contains information on training courses, obligatory to passing, for each established post
