Russia the first video ATMs are started

To the middle of January, 2020 video ATMs of VTB are installed in two departments in Moscow  — Afimoll and  " Tsvetnoy Boulevard".  The equipment passes test after which it is going to expand significantly the list of services which it we provide. The Chinese GRG Banking became the supplier of devices and the software.

It is supposed that the new technology will reduce holding time of clients and will help to cover more than 90% of standard services of managers at offices. VTB considers that potentially devices can replace work of normal department, but their installation will depend on results of the pilot and demand of services.[1]

It is the major task to  which we  consistently move  within strategy till   2022.
