2020: Implementation Scan Archive
On March 30, 2020 the GENDALF company reported about implementation of the Scan Archive program in Sibbalt LLC.
This is the large producer and the product provider of a power supply in Siberia. For March, 2020 the company works with clients and distributors in the Siberian and Ural federal districts and even in Kazakhstan. The office "Sibbalt" is in Omsk.

The office manager trade of department works with the program: she receives document packages, scans them and loads in base "1C". Search and accounting manually does not take away time from accountant officers any more. All current documents are loaded into electronic archive, existence or lack of their scans can always be monitored in the program.
