The SIBUR Khimprom told about results of application of the solution "Stopping Repairs"

The Perm IT company helped to make stopping repairs SIBUR Khimprom

In August, 2019 SIBUR Holding together with the Perm IT company DataBriz for the first time made stopping repairs using the mobile application of the same name ("Stopping repairs") at the SIBUR Khimprom plant – the largest petrochemical enterprise of Perm Krai. The application is mastered by 150 engineering employees of the plant for management and control of a difficult complex of the works performed within stopping repair. The solution is considered for application at other enterprises of SIBUR Holding both for management of stopping repairs, and for management of any other projects.

SIBUR Khimprom specializes in processing of liquid hydrocarbons and is one of the leading Russian manufacturers of a number of the major petrochemical products. For maintenance of the equipment in working order the petroleum chemical plant regularly executes major stopping repairs during which works on repair, reconstruction or upgrade of objects of the enterprise, examination, inspection and other transactions directed to assessment of technical condition of the equipment and recovery of its resource are carried out.

During stopping repair smoothly running actions of all specialists which non-compliance attracts serious time losses, risks of low-quality execution of works and, as a result, financial losses for the enterprise are especially important. For the solution of this task SIBUR Holding in cooperation with the Perm developer of information and analytical systems DataBriz developed the Stopping Repairs (SR) application.

"Stopping repairs" is the tool kit providing detailed planning, full control in real time of any transactions at the enterprise (scheduled, restoring and stopping repairs, procedural maintenance, construction, etc.). A system displays up-to-date information about the enterprise: what objects at the moment are under repair at what stage there is a process and what settlement date of completion of works. The solution is included in the register of the Russian software and also awarded with the prize "Digital Tops" at the end of 2018.

A system allowed to determine quickly SIBUR Khimprom a current status by all repairs, to create statistics in real time, to update and control working schedules, to plan the human and mechanized resources, to reduce labor costs (more than 700 man-hours are saved), to release labor resources from filling of the reporting (180 man-hours).

Further it is going to collect and accumulate statistics for the analysis and optimization of diagrams, as a result – obtaining "hard-effect" in the form of reduction of duration of the subsequent stopping repairs for 2-5% (after one – two cycles of carrying out OR). A system allowed to refuse completely holding the general status meetings and other means of collecting of statistics, to reduce costs for their support.

"The application made process of management of repairs more organized, minimized dead time. At the moment is only a first step on collecting of statistics on stopping repairs. We are going to collect enough data that with them it was possible to work and draw more conclusions, – Kudrinsky Mikhail, the commercial director of FDS LLC (DataBriz) noted. – The application can be used not only for production, but also in other industries where similar approach to work planning is applied".
