2020: Development of the platform for creation of software packages of assessment of knowledge

On March 31, 2020 IT- TAD the Development company reported that it by request of the company "STORM" developed a software platform for creation of software packages of assessment of knowledge. Using complexes candidates will be able to pass intermediate and final test, to study reference materials. Upon termination of testing a system makes reports of different extent of detailing.

STORM LLC specializes in development software and the training equipment for preparation and an examination of specialists of water transport. Customers of the company are the sea and river educational organizations, the shipping and crewing companies, the organizations entering into structures Ministry of Transport Russia and MINISTRY OF EMERGENCY SITUATIONS Russia.

To improve work with technologies of assessment of knowledge, the STORM company decided to update the software used earlier completely. As the partner in development of the platform for creation of software packages of assessment of knowledge the TAD Development IT company was invited. For implementation of IT solution the technology stack was selected: Angular 8, Net Core 3 and PostgreSQL.

A system allows to make test tasks of different types and plans of certification of specialists and also to hold complex and profound special testing of candidates taking into account competence-based approach. Using the platform STORM will be able to prepare an individual set for certification for each of the customers.

The platform has the minimum requirements to administration and is available to installation on servers running Windows and Linux and also on the computers with the personal version of Windows executing a server role. A system can be unrolled on model of a private and public cloud.

The software package of assessment of knowledge allows to hold complex testing of the candidate on all competences relating to his position and taking into account conditions in which it should work. In the nearest future we are going to suggest to carry out updating of software packages at all our customers.
