2020: Beginning of reconstruction of thermal networks

In the conditions of acceleration of housing construction in Penza increase in power of heating systems of the city for reliable heat supply of the residential district "Lugometriya" and a part of the residential district "Arbekovo" was required. With respect thereto the start was given to the project of reconstruction of thermal networks of Penza including construction of the pump station with function of swapping of network water in the giving pipeline. On August 5, 2020 the Circle of NPF company reported about it.

Main objective of the project – minimization of cost of transportation and distribution of energy resources, quality improvement and reliability of the centralized heat supply.

Within the project the management of Mordovsky branch of PJSC T Plus makes the decision on need of development of the system of automatic control of again built pump station (PS). Accomplishment of this task was entrusted to KRUG company as to the prime vendor of automation systems and the developer ASDU JSC T Plus Heating System Penza.

JSC T Plus Heating System Penza is a part of Mordovsky Branch of PJSC T Plus and performs supply with thermal energy of consumers of Penza, operation and repair of city trunks of the systems of heat supply.

The project documentation of the NS automation system as a part of two control cabinets based on industrial DevLink-C1000 controllers and modules of input-output of DevLink-A10 series is developed. Both cabinets will be equipped with the touch control panel for an ability to manage technology process in the place.

DevLink-C1000 controllers will provide:

  • control of the capital equipment of pumping: network pumps, including the frequency regulating transformer of one of pumps, network latches and their bypass
  • system management of cooling of network pumps and other ancillary equipment
  • data collection from the heatcalculator and power meters with the subsequent their transfer on the top level.

For project implementation at the top level of a system the Russian SCADA KRUG-2000 to the current version 4.3 on the existing servers of the manager of a heating system, an automated workplace of heads of divisions and servers of the archive database (AD) will be updated. For reliability augmentation of work 100% hot sparing of communication channels is provided in a system. Ethernet, as reserve – GSM acts as the main channel.

Works were carried out together with the Flagman Engineering company which designed technology equipment of the station and the bottom level of an APCS. KRUG company performs works on design of average and upper levels of a system. As a result of such cooperation the complex project which will allow to implement further the automation system of the pump station under construction with success was developed.

2019

On January 31, 2019 the KRUG company announced work on expansion of an automated system of supervisory control by heating systems of Penza based on KRUG-2000 software and hardware complex (PTK KRUG-2000).

According to the company, heating systems of Penza are connected to ASDU by TsTP-134, TsTP-144, TsTP-171, TsTP-160 and TsTP-Uchebny plant.

The automated system of supervisory control of JSC T Plus Heating System Penza is developed using standard technical solutions: An APCS of pump stations, an APCS of thermal points and ASDU objects of the heatsupplying company.

The control system of TsTP provides:

  • measurement of process parameters in pipelines on an input and an exit of TsTP
  • accounting of an expense of the heat carrier and the thermal energy transmitted to a heating system and hot water supply, technical accounting of consumption of a cold water for own needs of TsTP
  • signaling about violations of a preset value of controlled parameters
  • collecting of operational and historical parameters from transformers of power and SPT-961 heatcalculators and formation of operational sheets on their basis.

Two automated workplaces of managers and automated workplace of the chief specialist ETOITAI function running the Russian SCADA KRUG-2000. The Web server allows users of a system to browse information on a heating system status through Internet. Data transmission between DevLink-C1000 and SCADA KRUG-2000 controllers is performed on GSM/GPRS channel using the specialized protocol allowing to work with slow and unreliable communication channels.

The KRUG company executes supply of equipment and software, delivery of control cabinets, engineering and commissioning.

On the next stage integration into the system of pump stations No. 1, No. 2, No. 4 and accumulation of functionality of pump stations due to connection of the existing high-voltage frequency converters is planned.
