2019: Implementation of the AIS and Elarskan scanner

On August 21, 2019 the Elar company reported that it in "The state archive of the Republic of Crimea on staff" implemented the Uniform archival information system based on Elar of the AIS Archive which automates activities of archive for processing of social and legal requests of citizens and the organizations, formation of archive references and statements, including, for pension accrual.

For the first half of the year 2019 to us 7223 requests of citizens arrived, thanks to the system of the AIS ELAR-archive activities of archive for issue of archive references are automated. It allows us to increase service quality, to reduce waiting time of execution of requests and to ensure safety and availability of information to legal entities and physical persons, speaks the associate director of "The state archive of the Republic of Crimea on staff" Valentina Fedotova

Also in "The state archive of the Republic of Crimea on staff" ELAR corporation delivered the planetary scanner of ELARSKAN A2. Acquisition of this scanning equipment will solve problems of digitization of the arriving documents, - the staff of archive will be able independently to create high-quality electronic copies and to enter them into the system. Besides the modern domestic equipment will allow to digitize carefully available inventories and the most complex and shabby cases on staff.
