Formation accounting and supervising statistical reporting

On October 21, 2019 the Sintegro consulting company reported that JSC Uralsib Life prepares the reporting in the solution "XBRL Factory".

In a project deliverable with Sintegro consulting accounting and supervising and statistical reportings are prepared in a system from III quarter 2019.

At the time of start of the project with Sintegro consulting LLC of JSC Uralsib Life did not use the separate solution for the automated collecting of the reporting and its sending the reporting to the regulator. Along with XBRL Factory in insurance company the Sintegro OSBU system - development of integrator for accounting according to industry standards was implemented. Parallel implementation of software products allowed to work carefully methodology of accounting and assembly of each form of the reporting according to account policy taken in JSC URALSIB Life.

Within the project the reporting was created on taksonomiya of versions 1.3 and 1.3.1. One more transfer – on version 3.1 taxonomy. - it is performed within the agreement of support.

Within the project autocompletion of 278 forms, sections and notes to forms of accounting and supervising and statistical reportings was configured. The works on automation of forms of accounting records are completed. Works on automation of forms of the supervising reporting in a final stage.

Specialists of Sintegro consulting during the project of steel practically the staff of our company, we worked as one command. The software product fully conforms to requirements Central bank RUSSIAN FEDERATION. We see full-time employment of integrator over its methodological and technical development taking into account wishes of customers,

Automation of reporting in the XBRL format

On October 10, 2019 the Sintegro consulting company reported that the accounting system implemented by specialists in Uralsib Life became base for control automation by cash flows, budgetings and formations of accounting records in the XBRL format.

The project started in November, 2017. Then URALSIB JSC Zhizn already kept accounting according to industry standards in a specialized system. However the principle of system operation meant operational transition to EPS for compliance to requirements CENTRAL BANK RUSSIAN FEDERATION: account was kept by method of broadcast of postings under RAS on OSBU. These conditions did not allow to configure further autocompletion of the reporting in the XBRL format and also to automate treasurer and budget processes.

JSC URALSIB Life selected for implementation own development of Sintegro consulting LLC - Sintegro of OSBU.

The Sintegro OSBU program meets all our requirements: allows to keep account on OSBU, has good functionality for work with financial instruments, tax accounting, it is quickly integrated with other accounting systems, commented on the choice of the solution the Deputy CEO for finance of JSC URALSIB Life Vorobyov Oleg Evgenyevich

Within the project specialists of Sintegro consulting LLC integrated Sintegro of OSBU with other accounting systems of insurance company, including salary (on the 1C Platform). Integration with the system of insurance accounting is planned (developer – Diasoft). At the same time the block of insurance accounting was finished according to requirements of JSC URALSIB Life. Testing and input of blocks of the accounting system were carried out to operation step by step that allowed not to stop work of staff of insurance company and to provide comfortable learning process to work in the implemented system.

In a project deliverable we received a basis for further automation. In the company "The centralized treasury" is already complete implementation of a subsystem and works on automation of reporting in the XBRL format come to an end, there is a work on budgeting automation. 2018: Completion of work on the block of financial instruments

On July 18, 2018 Sintegro consulting announced completion of work on the block of financial instruments regarding the project on development and deployment of a financial accounting system based on the Sintegro OSBU program and also set the solution "XBRL Factory" for delivery of accounting financial statements in the Bank of Russia.

In August, 2017 according to the results of the tender for the choice of IT service provider of JSC Uralsib Life and Sintegro consulting LLC signed the agreement on the beginning of the project on automation of financial systems regarding accounting of data on an insurance activity, to trust management, administrative activity and also on transfer of financial and accounting records on the XBRL format which is obligatory since 2018.

The insurer selected development of Sintegro consulting - the program "Sintegro of OSBU. Management of holding" in addition to which the solution "XBRL Factory" is established. Both programs are configured under internal systems of the client, work with the large volume of data and have high performance. It is also important that XBRL Factory autocompletes indicators of XBRL from external base of accounting and provides an opportunity for work with data of XBRL in the form of report forms.

For July, 2018 the development stage of the block of financial instruments is completed that allows to keep correctly account of securities on OSBU, to automatically load data from management companies and to reveal errors in calculations.

Also the quarter Accounting financial statements in the XBRL format on all visualized indicators – only 4200 indicators on which insurance companies should report were tested and handed over. All data which are issued by the program can be corrected and checked before sending to the Bank of Russia. Further in plans to automate delivery of supervising statistical reporting.
