2020: System implementation of "1C:ERP"

On February 13, 2020 the firm "1C" reported that the company "A-date" together with IT- Bonolit - Construction solutions financially Bonolit Group1C: ERP Enterprise Management the service JSC " completed the complex project of automation-business activities of the enterprises. using a system, integrated with the equipment on production of gas-concrete blocks, standardizes management of finished product output and semi-finished products, the uniform product catalog with specifications of production is created, it is optimized management of a warehouse also by sales. Besides, the uniform methodology of maintaining operational, regulated, personnel records and payroll calculation is implemented. The management of group quickly receives centralized data about activity of divisions – production volumes and sales, warehouse a remaining balance.

Earlier at the Bonolit Group enterprises separate information systems were used, integration with a production line was absent, work of technical inspection department behind product quality was insufficiently automated, the methodology of cost management and cost accounting in the companies differed. Preparation of the activity reporting of divisions took away a lot of time and did not answer the delivered criteria of a detalizirovannost and reliability. It was promoted by both technical, and methodological restrictions of information systems and the organization of business processes at the enterprises.

The management of group made the decision on implementation of a modern information system which standard functionality would allow to build the main business processes in a uniform format at all enterprises Bonolit Group. As a basis for automation the solution "1C: ERP Enterprise Management" was selected. The A-Data company became the partner in implementation.

Entered a circuit of automation: JSC Bonolit-Stroitelnye resheniya, Bonolit Kaluga LLC, Poritep NN LLC and WHAT Zoloprodukt Ryazan LLC. A system covered about 130 jobs in different divisions of the companies.

Key project deliverables:

  • The operational, regulated, personnel records and payroll calculation according to uniform standards and uniform methodology at the Bonolit Group enterprises are organized. Processes of management of the normative reference information are optimized.
  • The integration mechanism with a production line is developed, accounting of production and semi-finished products using resource specifications is automated. It allowed to adjust continuous monitoring of product quality, a consumption of raw materials and materials, including per unit of products (semi-finished products). There was an opportunity to obtain operational data on production cost value in required detailing.
  • Sales management due to automation of the key business processes covering work of the main and adjacent structural divisions is optimized: production workshop, warehouse complex, sales department, marketing department and accounting. Using the created system managers perform booking from clients and select optimal terms of shipment and delivery condition, considering the current remaining balance of finished goods in warehouses and the made products volume which can be shipped to clients in the nearest future. Opportunities for uninterrupted shipment of finished goods and its delivery by the motor transport are provided. Basic and individual sales terms according to corporate pricing policy are created. The implementations used in documents in total with a possibility of the analysis of the change history allow to keep track of the statuses quickly at what stage there is a shipment products and who is responsible for this stage.
  • Operational accounting of products in warehouses and also accounting of internal merchandising according to features of business processes is organized: accounting of the non-invoiced deliveries, goods in way expected shipments, products holiday from a warehouse and formation of the required reporting.

Further based on 1C:ERP it is going to automate budgeting and formation of the consolidated statements.
