On July 20, 2020 the president of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov signed the order about creation to the republics of the Command Center Region (CCR) within implementation of the national project "Digital Economy".

TsUR in Tatarstan will be based on the state information system "National Control" working since 2012. For system operating time in it by July 20, 2020 290 thousand requests which 86% "are solved positively" are collected, reports the republican ministry of digital development of public administration, information technologies and communications. The autonomous nonprofit organization on development of digital projects in the field of public relations and communications Dialog will be engaged in project implementation. The Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan and the device the president of the republic will sign with it the agreement on cooperation.

The chief of staff of the president of Tatarstan Asgat Safarov is appointed the curator of the TsUR project. It will control execution of the order of the head of the region.

Within project implementation will be to open office. The Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Sariya Saburskaya, and the cochairman — the chief of Information and analytical management of the president of Tatarstan Lenar Fayzutdinov will become its chairman.About the Command center project the region in the Republic of Tatarstan

TsURy are created in regions at the request of the president Russia Vladimir Putin which was given according to the results of a meeting of Council for development of local government on January 30, 2020. According to order of the head states, in all subjects of the Russian Federation command centers of regions should be created and offers on the organization of the similar centers in municipalities are submitted. Completion date in the document it is called on December 1, 2020. The main task of such centers — improvement of application of information technologies when processing citizens' appeals.
