Completion of preparatory work for start of EDMS "Foton-Infinitum"

On July 1, 2019 the ompaniya announced CMD-Soft project implementation on development of electronic document management for INFINITUM Group. For July, 2019 preparatory activities for start of the Foton-Infinitum system in commercial operation come to the end.

The FOTON-INFINITUM system is intended for the organization of legally significant exchange of electronic documents not only between INFINITUM and its clients, but also between all participants of a system. "FOTON-INFINITUM" supports the formalized and unformalized documents. The structure of the formalized documents is replenished as required at participants of e-document flow. Key advantage of a system is the possibility of gradual formalization of all electronic document management of participants of financial market and their clients, including depository, registratorsky and other document forms.

A system is available to online browser (through), exchange of documents using the developed web service is also possible. All communication channels are protected by a CIPF Crypto Pro, on the basis of algorithm enciphering GOST P 34.11-2012/34.10-2012.

When developing "FOTON-INFINITUM" we tried to take into account all comments and offers received from users of the previous EDMS during its operation. In particular, in the developed software we achieved significant increase in speed of formation and sending documents".

Upgrade of EDMS

In 2018 in INFINITUM the decision on complete upgrade of an electronic document management system was made. Before the contractor - the effective objective to upgrade a system which should provide a possibility of legally significant exchange of the formalized and unformalized electronic documents at information exchange INFINITUMA with the clients / partners, and also act as the convenient transport system of e-document flow of interaction of any participants among themselves was CMD-Soft company-.
