timebook will help M.Video with personnel management

The resident of an IT cluster of Skolkovo Foundation, the Taymbuk company and M.Video, the Russian retail seller of electronics and home appliances, signed in June, 2017 the agreement about cooperation which provides system deployment of personnel management using biometric control of timebook in all shops "M.Video" within a year that will allow the retailer to increase motivation of employees and efficiency of retail.

The company "Taymbuk developed a management system for working time for network retail and other participants of the market of retail. M.Video made a choice for benefit of the solution timebook based on scanning face among other biometric formats as a result of the semi-annual pilot in the Moscow shops. This approach to a time recording of employees of retail allows to keep track of attendance in the automatic mode, increases transparency of payments and as a result – motivation of employees.

A system consists of software and the equipment allowing to control operating time of employees. The administrator can trace information on employees in the web interface or from mobile application and receive all necessary range of the reporting. The retailer can manage different categories of personnel – not only own employees, but also to manage more quickly services which are provided by external contractors (outsourcing) and the staff of producers (merchandisers and promoters).

Within implementation of timebook technology in shops will set fixing hardware-software complexes with the scanning face module. The employee noting the beginning or the end of a working shift puts a magnetic card to the terminal which the camera for verification of the personality is built in. Information on diagrams of sellers and the number of the fulfilled hours is transferred to a cloud server on the channel of mobile communication from where it is unloaded for data of the sheet and salary accrual.
