2019: Transfer of a monitoring system of obstetric aid to a cloud

Alexey Vasenkov, the head of the Nizhny Novgorod branch "BARS GROUP", subsidiary company of the National Center of Informatization, announced on September 9, 2019 optimization of a monitoring system of obstetric aid in the medical organizations of Nizhny Novgorod.

Monitoring of obstetric aid (RISAR) allows to control on a centralized basis the state of health of pregnant women in the region and also to automatically calculate risks. In a system the list of necessary recommendations which afterwards the doctor appoints to the patient forms. In the same place the regularity of passing of researches and consultations is traced.

A system "passed into a cloud", received the updated functionality according to innovations in the legislation and thanks to DBMS open source MySQL began to correspond to the strategy of import substitution. This version was created with direct methodical support of the leading Nizhny Novgorod obstetricians-gynecologists.

As of September 10, 2019 60 medical organizations of Nizhny Novgorod, more than 500 doctors are connected to monitoring of obstetric aid, information on 17,317 patients contains.

It is planned that the "cloud" version will lead to the fastest decrease in level of maternal and children's losses.

In the whole RISAR — one of key products of BARS GROUP in the field of health care. For September, 2019 a system functions in 11 regions: Stavropol Krai, Primorsky Krai, Novosibirsk, Tula and Tambov regions and others.

2011: Results of implementation of RISAR

According to Rosstat, once there was an improvement of key indicators: if to system implementation of RISAR the coefficient of perinatal death rate made 11.44 (on 1000 been born), then in two years from the moment of implementation decreased till 9:07 a.m. The coefficient of maternal death rate is considered the most demonstrative — it decreased in a year more than twice.

2009: Implementation of the box version in the Nizhny Novgorod Region

The first "boxed" version of RISAR was developed and implemented in the Nizhny Novgorod Region for the first time among regions of the Russian Federation in 2009.
