2019: Implementation of the accounting system for conducting administrative activity
The need for implementation of a multifunction automated system for conducting administrative activity arose against the background of growth of business of the MOSCOW REGIONAL BANK entering into SMP Bank Banking group.
Most sharply the question of replacement of an old system by a modern and flexible solution of Diasoft in MOSCOW REGIONAL BANK rose in connection with entry into force of provision of Bank of Russia No. 448-P concerning review of approach to fixed asset accounting.

Except observance of requirements of the legislation, flexible configurations of Diasoft Master Balance, in particular, an opportunity to quickly process a large number of data, allowed bank to refuse use of several solutions for benefit of the single accounting system.
Within the project highly skilled methodologists, analysts of bank and Diasoft company carried out works on synchronization of accounting policies within the general automated system. For complete processing of account policy less than three months at head office and less than two – in six bank branches were required. For August, 2019 the multifilial bank works based on the uniform IT-system.
According to the customer, the main complexity of system implementation was connected with data migration from the old IT-system in Diasoft Master Balance. Process of preparation required such labor-consuming actions as enrichment and comparison of accounting data to tax accounting, reconciliation of data, transition to the processed account policy of bank.
