On January 14, 2020 the Nizhnekamskneftekhim company reported that it automated processing of primary accounting documentation using the intellectual ABBYY FlexiCapture platform. The company rebuilt business processing of invoices: now only three employees of corporate service center cope with a flow in several thousands of entering finance documents a month. Thanks to such approach specialists of service of supply do not spend time for manual entry in the accounting system of information from the arriving documents any more and can concentrate on providing divisions.

According to the company, for January, 2020, despite development of legally significant electronic document management, the most part of partners of Nizhnekamskneftekhim continues to conduct document flow in paper form. Verification of these data and transfer from primary documents in the ERP system took a lot of time of profile specialists, distracting them from more priority tasks. Therefore the company developed a complex of programs for recognition, verification and document registration using the solution ABBYY FlexiCapture for data processing by the staff of corporate service center.

For work with the solution the employee of service center needs no special knowledge. It is enough to verify the scanned invoices or the universal transfer document (UTD) on the ABBYY platform. The solution automatically determines document type, takes necessary details, compares data on the supplier and service in the ERP system and executes wiring modeling. It is necessary only to resolve comments of a system for the documents having deviations and to execute an automatic accounting entry in ERP. In the long term the company is going to automate processing and acts of the performed works.

We created in the company the centralized service for registration of incoming documents. Using technologies of ABBYY we could provide processing of a large number of paper documents that allowed to distribute more rationally resources in service of supply. Instead of a reprint of data the qualified managers can focus on more important work: organizations of tenders, signing of the contracts, control of observance of contractual conditions. Development of this complex of tasks with integration into a corporate ERP system was executed by own forces without involvement of the external contractor.
