On June 24, 2019 there was information that in Novosibirsk opened dialysis the Fresenius Medical Care center. As noted, it is already the fifth specialized dialysis center in Novosibirsk, the eighth in the Novosibirsk region and the first Fresenius center on the Novosibirsk earth.

The medical institution opened in the certain specially equipped building in the territory of road hospital. The proximity of the center to the Novosibirsk-main station makes it easily available not only for residents, but also for patients from nearby districts of the area.

Center 13 (and in the long term — 22) is equipped with the devices "artificial kidney" and expected assistance to 120 patients. Two of five halls of medical institution are intended for patients with chronic hepatitises B and C.

We consider opening of the medical dialysis center Freseniusmy as one of elements of cooperation between JSC RZD company on behalf of road and clinical hospital of Russian Railway Medicine clinic and Fresenius Medical Care company. There is a wish to wish fruitful, effective work of the medical center for the benefit of health of residents of Novosibirsk and the Novosibirsk region — the chief of the West Siberian directorate of health care of the Russian Railway Evgeny Maksimovich Gashenko said.

69 clinics already work, and in 2019 we put not less than eight more centers into operation. The centers which are organized according to all requirements of modern science and technology. In Novosibirsk we organized conditions for treatment in the long term to 120 patients, and we are ready to develop the dialysis help in districts of the area, we already spoke about it also with Minister of Health of the region— the CEO Fresenius NephroCare of century reported Russia Alexey Alekseyevich Smirnov.

In return the Minister of Health of the Novosibirsk region Konstantin Halzov who visited the Fresenius center noted that the center is very successfully located logistically, with convenient access from the railway station that allows patients to reach from districts of the area clinic by electric trains quickly and without changes.^[1]

On June 18, 2019 it became known what in Novosibirsk will begin work the dialysis center Fresenius Medical Care equipped with the modern equipment. The center will accompany 126 patients. Through fund of TFCMI the center already submitted documents for receiving a state task.

As the chairman of the Novosibirsk department of MOONP of "NEFRO-LIGA" Marina Lebedeva, Fresenius Medical Care — one of the oldest manufacturing companies of the dialysis equipment and supplies for treatment of a chronic renal failure explained. According to its information, in the center a part of patients is already taken. They undergo dialysis at the expense of the company so far — before receiving a state task.

For June, 2019 in Novosibirsk and area several dialysis centers work: two Nefroline LLC and two B. Brown Avitum Russland Kliniks LLC (in Novosibirsk) and branch of the company in Iskitim. The center is also opened at Federal State Budgetary Institution NMITs for them the academician E.N. Meshalkin.

In my opinion, in the city of the dialysis centers it is enough. Their network needs to be created in districts of the area that it was more convenient to patients to reach the place of treatment and to cut down expenses on their transportation. The companies are ready to go to areas, but for this purpose it is necessary to resolve an issue of transport availability of the center and optimal delivery of people. For example, placement of the dialysis center in Moshkovo is ideal. It could work for three areas: Moszkowski, Toguchinsky and Bolotninsky. Patients are enough there, but a problem on the way between Moshkovo and Toguchin. In an autumn and spring impassability of roads and in the winter it is any. The same problem in other districts of the area especially remote. I already repeatedly brought up this question, but the power does not hear us. Meanwhile, only in 2019 in the area the gain of patients is planned for replacement therapy — about 100 people, told Marina Lebedeva, the chairman of the Novosibirsk department of MOONP of "NEFRO-LIGA"

In the territorial register for June, 2019 more than 5.5 thousand citizens with a chronic renal failure are registered. More than one thousand people are in a terminal stage of a chronic disease of kidneys at which replacement kidney therapy is required. One of types of treatment is the hemodialysis. All dialysis centers, representing it, work within public-private partnership, receive a state task and financing from TFCMI.

In world network Fresenius Medical Care for June, 2019 there are more than 3750 dialysis clinics. In Russia the company manages 50 clinics in 26 regions^[2].
