2020: Updating of the analytical solution

On March 25, 2020 the GMCS company announced updating of the analytical solution based on QlikView for the ITSM system of SIBUR of IT company, uniform IT service provider to the enterprises entering into petrochemical group the SIBUR.

"the SIBUR of IT" renders a full stroke of technical support for all enterprises of the SIBUR. More than 50,000 addresses of users are monthly processed.

QlikView is the analytical application for specialists of support services "the SIBUR of IT". The ITSM system (IT Service Management) and other systems of the enterprise is data source for QlikView.

Within development of the GMCS BI system the designer of reports – the application allowing users independently developed and to flexibly create any report from more than 130 available measurements and metrics, with a possibility of measure calculation of efficiency.

The main BI project was implemented in 6.5 months. In process specialists of GMCS developed applications six analytical reports on processes of ITSM, service quality of users, execution of contractual commitments and other indicators. And also provided key heads of a dashbordama for monitoring of efficiency of IT in a zone of their responsibility,
