The Kurgan plant "Sintez" completed integration with the system of marking

2019: Marking system implementation

On December 25, 2019 the JSC Sintez company reported that, together with the Italian developers of the marking equipment Antares Vision implemented in production process the system of marking of medicines digital codes of DataMatrix. The equipment is started on section of packing of workshop of ready dosage forms, marking is applied on a batch of the medicine "Ibuprofen".

The complexity of start of a system of marking on Synthesis is that 27 production lines of the plant are located in different premises and all lines are purchased at different manufacturers. Each workshop should be equipped separately. However we found the convenient technological solution, it is successfully integrated into the system of digital marking and tracing of goods which operator is TsRPT, noted the CEO of JSC Sintez Sergey Klykov

The amount of investments of JSC Sintez into the equipment of the enterprise the systems of marking was more than 200 million rubles.

Annually JSC Sintez produces about 300 million packagings of medicines. The plant for December, 2019 is a market leader on production of antibiotics among domestic manufacturers. More than 35% of products are produced from own pharmaceutical substances.

The pilot project on marking of drugs started on February 1, 2017. According to the current legislation about drug circulation, marking of all drugs will become obligatory since January 1, 2020, also on December 12 the State Duma adopted the amendments determining a transient period for implementation of marking of drugs from January to July, 2020. Marking of medicines of seven high cost nozologiya began since October 1, 2019.
