In January, 2020 the Innopolis University won the competition organized the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications for development of the verified blockchain platform intended for data protection in many state systems.

The verified system of the distributed register which is going to be created in 2020-2021 will meet domestic safety requirements. The technology will include a specialized programming language which is developed at the University Innopolis, the verified compiler, cryptographic methods and protocols, methods of verification of properties of programs.

According to plans of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications, till 2021 the technology will earn in six industries of digital economy of Russia, and by 2022 — in eight. Within the project it is going to train 40 people according to programs of the higher education in the field of a blockchain, to register six patents and to develop 12 mathematical models of products and processes.

It is supposed that the new method of verification on a basis a blockchain system will secure data and will increase their reliability — medical information on patients in health care, diplomas and certificates in the field of education, accounting and marking of the made products in the industry and agriculture

As industrial partners in development Aeroflot and Bitfury Group acts. Total amount of financing of the project is 600 million rubles from which 300 million are grant means of the Digital Economy national project, and 300 million rubles — private joint financing.

Specialists of the University Innopolis will develop a solution blockchain with complete formal verification of smart contracts for Aeroflot and integrate it with a pilot project of airline — gas stations of aircrafts.

In Tatarstan the Ministry of Health for storage of medical data is going to use a blockchain platform. The companies of the oil and gas industry are interested in the project for control and accounting of the made products and production.[1]
