1C-IzhTC automated personnel processes of Volgogaz based on "1C: Payroll and HR Management 3.1"

According to the company, calculation of salaries at the JSC Volgogaz enterprise was conducted with the help "1C: Payroll and HR Management", edition 2.5 (further – ZUP). Terms of support of "1C: Payroll and HR Management 2.5" approached end, and transition to the version of ZUP 3.1 was required for the company. In Society more than 900 workers work and regular IT specialists were loaded by other tasks therefore the management made the decision to give difficult transition between editions to outsourcing.
According to the results of tender Volgogaz asked for the help to 1C-IzhTC: the Izhevsk company not just offered the best terms on cost and terms, but also positively proved in cooperation on projects of updating of modifed configurations 1C. Confirmation of high competences of specialists 1C-IzhTC at a stage of inspection of a system became one more important factor.
During the project several stages of work were carried out:
- Data transfer from ZUP 2.5 in ZUP 3.1. The base is non-standard therefore completions of rules of exchange for data transfer were required.
- Transfer of non-standard completions in the updated system.
- Training of employees in work in ZUP 3.1.
- Trial operation — work went in parallel in two systems, data were verified, errors were corrected.
- Complete transition of the company to work to ZUP 3.1.
