History

2017: A1 of Sistems redeemed Maxim Osorin's share in Revolta-Engineering

Sistems A1 company redeemed Maxim Osorin's share in Revolta-Engineering company, the developer of solutions and services based on technologies of Internet of Things (IoT). After the transaction Osorin left the company to head the SAP Cloud Platform direction in SAP CIS.

Revolta-Engineering closed the transaction with Sistems A1 integrator which has implementation experience in Russia and in international markets. All command will continue to work in the company, first of all is going to turn AllGateKeeper into the full-fledged parking platform, having added a parking to the available functionality of off-street of parkings of on-street, addressing thus needs of foreign customers. The command will also have to expand the available technology stack for implementation of large custom IoT-projects.

"In two years we made much: gathered excellent development team, developed and brought the innovation cloud parking service of AllGateKeeper into commercial operation, having won in 2016 competition "Innovation quarter' within Skolkovo StarUp Village 2016 became the resident Skolkovo in a cluster "Energotekh', made and tested pilot developments of IoT of solutions: for management of power supply of the distributed objects for a telecom and to monitoring of conditions of warehousing of finished goods for agriculture. I made the decision to accept the interesting offer of SAP CIS on development new to the direction of business — the SAP Cloud Platform platform connected with solutions in the field of industrial Internet of Things. On this position I will be responsible for cross-industrial sales of SAP Cloud Platform, development of a partner ecosystem and solutions and also for interaction with institutes of development for promotion of this platform as building tool technology startups" — Maxim Osorin told.
"We were going to increase the technology potential in the field of IoT. The carried-out transaction allows us to get access to Revolta technologies and also a pilot command which already has practical experience of development and deployment of IoT of products and projects. M&A is a fast method to receive the best people and the best technologies in the market. We consider some more companies which can improve considerably our examination in Big Data and AI, Proximity Marketing and cyber security" — the press service of A1 Sistems commented.

2015: Revolta Motors will create infrastructure of gas stations for electric vehicles

On February 25, 2015 the Revolta Motors company announced plans of start in Moscow and St. Petersburg 100 new gas stations for electric vehicles.

The Revolta Motors company with the assistance of mobile operator Yota is going to create large-scale infrastructure of electrorefueling stations in ensuring availability of electric vehicles.

Traditional types of fuel constantly grow in the price. In terms of 1 km of a way electricity costs at least four times cheaper gasoline. The main barrier of development of the industry of electric vehicles – lack of infrastructure. And without network of refueling stations mass market cannot be created.

Revolta Motors with the assistance of mobile operator Yota is going to change a situation. The company announced start of the EMI large-scale innovation project – the Russia's first private network of electrogas stations. It is the commercial project, without participation of the state. Initial investment volume will be 100 million rubles. Including the equipment and installation, organizers estimate the cost of one electrogas station on average at 500 thousand rubles.

The main idea of EMI is that gas stations chargings will be located in places, available to audience, objects of a commercial real estate: large shopping centers, residential complexes, business centers with high passability.

"In the project we could attract a leader of telecom industry, Yota company", – Maxim Osorin, the CEO of Revolta Motors noted.

Anatoly Smorgonsky, the CEO of Yota, announced readiness of the company to equip everything electrocharging with sim cards to provide uninterrupted data transmission in EMI network, and the electric vehicles imported by Revolta Motors – the unlimited Internet for software updating and remote diagnostics of the car.

"We look at the project with Revolta Motors as on a long-term innovation startup with the big future. Say growth rates of the market of electric vehicles about it. Using the EMI project we stimulate the smart consumer to buy cars with multimedia and we will come on this market. If we provide to target audience access to infrastructure where there are our sales points, and these are objects of a commercial real estate, we will attract new clients in the retail", – Anatoly Smorgonsky emphasized.

It is supposed that 20 Yota and Revolta Motors charging sets will open in Moscow and St. Petersburg in the near future. They will be free within a year. Until the end of 2015 Revolta Motors will open 80 more charging stations of network. Plans provide 2016 development of network of fueling stations in Sochi, Krasnodar, Kazan, Yekaterinburg, a number of million-plus cities.

2011

In October Revolta announced a victory in competitive negotiations and signing of the contract on project implementation on creation of infrastructure for the electric transport in the territory of service of JSC MOESK as element of implementation of complex strategy of implementation of intelligent networks (further the MOESK EV project). Active market development of the autonomous electric transport in Russia (electric vehicles and hybrids connected to network) creates for network distribution companies a number of opportunities for increase in profitability of core business and, in the long term, receiving an additional income from development of new types of activity for the realization account of projects on creation of electrocharging infrastructure.

Use of the autonomous electric transport by the enterprises of a distribution network complex can significantly reduce the cost of ownership of the transport park, cut down expenses on fuel and lubricants, and, thereby, reduce operating costs of the companies. Mass use of the electric transport in the network companies also creates opportunities for use of mechanisms of the Kyoto agreement. The speech, first of all, goes about the vehicles used today by JSC MOESK in Moscow for transportation of operational mobile teams and other production personnel.

For studying of opportunities of practical application of the electric transport in JSC MOESK, developments and testings of technical solutions in the field of charging infrastructure and formation of a business model the MOESK EV project was also created. It is the first in own way complex project in the territory of Russia within which it is supposed to make the following:

  • Unroll pilot network of a charging station of different types in number of 28 pieces;
  • Purchase and test the park from 8 electric vehicles of different classes, including light commercial electric vehicles (LCV);
  • Develop the necessary software for network management of charging stations;
  • Develop models of charging stations taking into account specifics of JSC MOESK and the Moscow region;
  • Carry out a complex of research and analytical works in the field of the electric transport and charging infrastructure.

Project deadline of 12 months, at the same time the first charging stations and electric vehicles will appear until the end of 2011. Based on implementation of this project, it is going to prepare the comprehensive program of development of charging infrastructure and use of the autonomous electric transport taking into account specifics of a network complex of Moscow, climatic and behavioural features of the Moscow region.

"MOESK consistently implements the program of the innovative development of a distribution network complex as one of the most important elements of power supply system in general. We are responsible for ensuring regular and high-quality power supply of the Moscow region and as nobody else we know, than chaotic connection to network of the growing number of electric vehicles can threaten, - Denis Tsypulev, the MOESK EV project manager told. - The MOESK EV project is designed to become the test platform for development of the general regulations and rules as technical and organizational, for safe and effective integration of new type of consumers into the existing power supply system. Within the project we are going not only to create network of electrorefueling stations, but also to transfer a part of own fleet of vehicles from petrol draft on electric. We hope that our example will become infectious, and the project - one more step to formation of new, more energy efficient and eco-friendly model of development of Russian regions".
"MOESK – pioneers of the market of electromobile transport in Russia. MOESK EV is the unique project, and we hope that its implementation will give an impetus to practical development of electromobile transport and infrastructure in Russia. So far in Russia spoke about use of electric vehicles much, but, unfortunately, nobody could provide any material results, - Osorin Maxim, the CEO of Revolta company comments on start of the project. - This project first of all will give answers to the majority technical, behavioural and the business questions connected with charging infrastructure and use of electromobile transport. After its implementation it will be possible to create further development plans, relying on the facts, but not on the western analytics".
