The SpaceTeam group – develops and implements modern solutions on the basis of satellite navigation GLONASS and GPS for the benefit of the state, municipal and commercial customers for the oil and gas industry, agricultural sector, autoproduction, passenger and cargo transportation, the mining industry, construction, health care, housing and communal services, power engineering specialists and other branches of the economy.

According to SpaceTeam as in Russia, and around the world navigation and information services become more and more popular, and not only in the market of B2B and B2G, but also among mass users. Potential of growth of the Russian navigation market is huge. According to the experts, only in motor transport segment by 2020 in terms of money its volume can reach $9 billion, having increased by 20 times.

Products & Services

The program and hardware basis of the solution "SpaceTeam" for creation of navigation and information systems is based on the telematic navigation platform of ST Matix and also the intellectual platform of ST Connect for calculation of location indoors.

Platforms of ST Matix and ST Connect are own development of SpaceTeam and are registered in the state register of the Russian software.

The platform of ST Matix provides the automated collecting, processing, storage and routing of the collected information using navigation systems GLONASS and GPS. The platform provides a field (Outdoor) operation mode for acceptance of the coordinates determined by the built-in navigation receiver with an accuracy of units of meters.

The platform of ST Connect is used for monitoring of moving objects and control of personnel and provides data reception about moving objects in the conditions of lack of signal pick-up of satellite navigation. In an operation mode in premises (Indoor) the platform provides positioning on Bluetooth sensors iBeacon, set indoors, using built in the smartphone or the smartwatch of the module Bluetooth, with the subsequent mathematical processing of levels of signals from tags. A system provides positioning accuracy from "all premises" to several meters.

The general coordination of a system is provided by the uniform dispatching center based on a cloud service of ST Flagman Web. The dispatching centers of subsidiary companies to which online control, operational management, reaction, planning, the analysis and accounting is assigned are connected to it. All these functions are available to managers and managers of a system through mobile application of the head.

Sending coordinates to the dispatching center is made online in real time, at the same time the manager can configure data reception on a transfer interval, on change of location on the set distance, at approach of an event.

The data coming from the smartwatch to the platform are processed using artificial intelligence technologies. Algorithms on the basis of application of neural network allow to process and analyze data bulks in real time, providing summary information on transport and personnel in the single interface.

A system automatically begins record of coordinates in "a black box" at time lack of communication. The user also has an opportunity to give an alarm in the dispatching center and also to exchange the set or any text and graphic messages with other staff of the company.

History

2019

In September, 2019 announced TASS with reference to own sources arrest of the CEO of the company Alexey Smyatskikh and his first deputy Andrey Platonov on the case of large scale fraud^[1].

According to the agency, the court chose a measure of restraint in the form of detention for two months. Commission of crime according to Part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("The fraud committed by organized group or in especially large size") is incriminated to top managers of SpaceTeam. Article prescribes punishment up to 10 years of imprisonment with a penalty in the amount up to 1 million rubles.

The monitoring system of SpaceTeam was developed under Alexey Smyatskikh and Andrey Platonov's direct management. Earlier, also under their management, implementation of the state GLONASS system was made. In particular, functioning of regional navigation systems of Chechnya and the Kaluga region and also an intelligent transport system of Moscow, TsODD, Vnukovo Airport and Domodedovo is provided now.

2014

Owners of transport group Rail Garant Sergey Gushchin and Sergey Smyslov became owners of SpaceTeam holding, the player of the Russian navigation market. [1] Announced this CNews in SpaceTeam. Sergey Gushchin and Sergey Smyslov are co-owners of Rail Garant group — the transport holding performing rail transportation of industrial loads in Russia and the CIS.

2013

The company appeared in the Russian navigation market in March, 2013 and finished year with revenue more than 700 million rubles. According to representatives of "A SpaceTeam of holding", the company enters in top-3 the leading players of the market from shares of 17%. At the end of year the holding brought to the market 11 GLONASS new models of the equipment and 9 models of the LED equipment, implemented a number of complex projects on the basis of GLONASS. With the assistance of experts of SpaceTeam drafts of the national standards of the Russian Federation concerning implementation of the GLONASS satellite navigation technologies in a transport complex of Russia are developed.

Expansion of SpaceTeam to the CIS countries allowed holding to expand the presence in the markets of the neighboring countries and to sign delivery contracts GLONASS of solutions with the city-forming enterprises of Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan.
