"At present, the ERP systems market in Russia is going through a difficult time. For many companies, news about the departure of Western vendors and the termination of user support has become an unexpected problem, since the introduction of a corporate management system for a large enterprise has already taken years of hard work. It is impossible to ignore the risk of obstacles to the further development and support of SAP in the future. To manage it, it is worth working out the possibility of switching to Russian ERP systems, "commented Maxim Butov, director of the TerraLink ERP solutions practice, on the topic of his speech.

TerraLink clarifies that Kazakhstan in 2012 accounted for about 25% of the turnover in the united region. TerraLink's managing director expects this percentage to be even higher by the end of 2013.

At the end of 2011, TerraLink's revenue growth in the region demonstrated a single-digit growth rate. Ronald Lewin explains the increase in turnover growth rates in 2012 and 2013 compared to the previous two years, primarily, the general growth of the segments of the IT market in Russia, which the company specializes in. These include system integration services and the implementation of content management and electronic document automation software.

Speaking about the solutions for which the company observed the greatest demand in Russia in 2012, the Managing Director of TerraLink notes a number of large projects related to office infrastructure (cable systems, video conferencing systems, as well as access control systems). In this segment in 2012, the company notes particularly high growth. Projects for the implementation of enterprise content management systems also demonstrated growth, adds Ronald Lewin: mainly through a number of projects with long-term clients that expanded their existing implementations of systems based on OpenText and EMC Documentum solutions .

In 2013, the company continued to grow in the same areas as before, and also began to actively develop new ones - through the implementation and sale of SAP software licenses, as well as the provision of consulting services on the solutions of this vendor, TerraLink says. In 2013, the company also created its own product - TerraLink eXtended Document Exchange (TerraLink xDE), which provides the exchange of digitally signed documents with systems based on SAP software, and has completed several projects for its implementation, TerraLink says.

Among the largest projects implemented by TerraLink in Russia in 2012-2013. - a project for the new headquarters of Mail.Ru on Leningradsky Prospekt, in which the company introduced a structured cable and comprehensive audiovisual systems. Among the largest projects, Ronald Lewin also refers to the design, supply and installation of AV equipment for the Federal Arbitration Court of the Central District, located in Kaluga.

In the field of projects for the implementation of content management systems, the largest customers during this period were Megafon, which introduced a document control automation system based on the OpenText ECM Suite for SAP Solutions solution, as well as Unicredit Bank, which automated a significant part of document-oriented business processes, including key ones - for example, the process of lending to corporate customers.

In 2014, TerraLink in Russia plans to increase sales of solutions that are already in the company's product portfolio, as well as focus additional efforts on developing the business direction related to SAP solutions.

As of the end of 2013, TerraLink in Russia has an office located in. The To Moscow company previously opened offices and representative offices in a number of Russian cities - in,, St. Petersburg Sochi Sakhalin, in - Vladivostok but over time decided to close them, since it did not see a significant benefit from their presence, says Ronald Lewin.
