Lebedyansky, joint stock company (Solvo.WMS)

The SOLVO company announces end of the next project for JSC Lebedyansky – the producer of juice, largest in Eastern Europe. Lebedyansky is the Russian division of PepsiCo company having modern production capacities. Solvo.WMS is the corporate standard for warehouse complexes of Lebedyansky since 2006.

Project Description

The next project was completed in the warehouse with a capacity of 14 thousand pallets located in the city of Liebiedian. The management system of Solvo.WMS solves problems, traditional for production of drinks: address storage, accounting of expiration dates, shipment by the principle of FEFO, control of the product acceptance received from production, accounting of external deliveries. The intensity of work of the enterprise imposes increased requirements to fault tolerance of a system, its ergonomics.

Assigned tasks

The main feature of this project is the maximum use of abilities to integrate. According to the head of group of implementation and support of WMS Hamidullin Damir, huge work on creation of interfaces between all information systems participating in processes was done. In participation of such quantity of information systems the complexity of this project also consisted. The SOLVO group once again confirmed the professionalism in the solution of extraordinary tasks.

Solvo.WMS is integrated with different corporate systems at all stages of a logistics chain of the enterprise. Exchanges data on the batches of finished goods expected to release or which are already released Solvo.WMS with the ERP system developed by Oracle Corporation, OeBS which is responsible for production. From the Microsoft Dynamics NAV system which is responsible for implementation of finished goods requests for shipment of finished goods from a warehouse come to Solvo.WMS. Automatic acceptance of loads in Solvo.WMS is performed according to the system of the Italian company Elettric 80 which manages the equipment on the end of a production line. From this system also data on finished goods, movement ready a pallet at the final stage of production arrive. Automatic acceptance from production on the lines which are not equipped with the equipment Elettric 80 is performed on commands of motion sensors of pallets. Domino printers applicators put the label with information on a load. Solvo.WMS is a head system for Ant.WCS SSI Schaefer managing the automated high-rise warehouse with a capacity of 50 thousand pallets, from where, except a traditional warehouse, shipment of finished goods is made.

After several months of work in the test mode a system is brought into commercial operation. The associate director on logistics Abdilladzhanov Mikhail, summing up the project results, noted: "Solvo.WMS successfully copes with assigned tasks and works within expectations. In plans installation of the SOLVO system in a warehouse of storage of materials with a capacity of 10 thousand pallets".
