The BEST company performed implementation of a software package "BEST-5. A power supply" in "Russian Scientific Center of Recovery Medicine and Balneology" Federal state institution of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation (RNTs VMIK Federal State Institution).

Solution

Along with automation of medical activity, in RNTs VMIK Federal State Institution the important direction of planning and accounting of a power supply was automated. Automation of this direction is implemented based on a system "by BEST-5. Power supply".

Primary tunings are performed, process charts on semi-finished products and dishes, creation planned (the standard menu), development and maintaining the working menu, calculation of the menu layout, food allowance control methods taking into account modern medical standards and nutritional requirements, including control of observance of standards for caloric content, proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins and microelements are developed. The benefit includes examples of the reports and references created in the course of work with the software product.

The general

Having implemented a system "BEST-5. A power supply", specialists of RNTs VMIK Federal State Institution received the convenient tool for development and control of observance of a food allowance, accounting of products according to the "Instruction on clinical nutrition" approved by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation; for accounting and control of diets, control of natural regulations of a power supply, regulations on the caloric content and chemical composition for each category of eating.
