Management system for engineering constructions of the Central storage of the Bank of Russia

The RTSoft company put in May, 2011 in operation the automated control system for the engineering systems of objects of the Central storage of the Bank of Russia (IC B ACS).

In the project progress five buildings of the Central Bank of Russian Federation were united in an end-to-end system of monitoring and control of engineering life support systems. Power supply systems, lighting, fire automatic equipment, thermal point, ventilation and conditioning, treatment facilities, lift economy and a refrigeration station got to the sphere of remote control of an ACS of IC B.

The main objective of an ACS of IC B – collecting, processing, storage, transfer and display of operational information about a status and parameters of functioning of the equipment of the engineering systems. Work of an ACS of IC B will provide documentation and registration of parameters of technology processes, abnormal events and operations of managers of services, planning and accounting of carrying out scheduled and repair work in the engineering systems.

As a hardware platform in the project the equipment Schneider Electric and Wonderware was used. For runtime of works specialists of RTSoft processed more than 3000 parameters, created about 120 screen forms, implemented about 200 local networks of management.

Implementation of an ACS of IC B will allow to increase considerably reliability, security and quality of operation of the equipment of the engineering systems of buildings and constructions, to differentiate powers and responsibility of services at decision making, to bring operational interaction of operational services to higher level and also will promote reducing costs for service of the engineering systems of the Central storage of the Bank of Russia.
