The NORBIT company announced in May, 2011 the beginning of the large-scale project on development and deployment of the CRM solution for sales management of promotion services for one of chief operators of outdoor advertizing – Gallery company.

The implementation project of Microsoft Dynamics CRM in Gallery company will functionally cover business process automation of sales and marketing, including management of sales plans, formation and approval of commercial offers, maintaining agreements, management of discounts and margins. The feature of the CRM project in Gallery consists in need to implement processes, specific to the operator of outdoor advertizing, – order management on advertizing through contractors, storage of models of constructions, maps and photos, accounting of data on advertizing surfaces and queues of their reservation.

Gallery works at the market of outdoor advertizing more than 16 years and is the second operator in Russia and in Ukraine by quantity of advertizing surfaces. Gallery is the only Russian operator of advertizing who placed highly profitable securities in the stock market of Europe.

For last five years the company purchased several local companies and repeatedly increased turnovers and advertizing spaces. All this led to increase in sales volume that demanded from company management of new approach to sales management.

Implementation of the CRM system pursues the same aims – providing the high level of customer service, stimulation of direct sales, promotion of non-standard advertizing campaigns and observance of optimal price conditions".

During the Microsoft Dynamics CRM project it will be integrated with the system of media planning Charting Pro and with the accounting system of Microsoft Dynamics NAV. In total in a system more than 60 employees of the company, including managers of commercial divisions selling outdoor advertizing and information pointers and also the management of Gallery will work.

As a program basis of the project the management of Gallery selected the CRM solution of NORBIT company for the media industry which already successfully functions now in a number of the publishing and media companies: ID Alpina Pablisherz, Afisha Industries, broadcasting corporation "Prof-Media", RIA Novosti, etc.
