In the Russian subsidiary company "Duglasrivoli" of the international network of perfumery and cosmetic shops Douglas the project on system implementation for management of loyalty of Manzana Loyalty created based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM is complete. System implementation was executed by specialists of consulting company Manzana Group. Earlier in the company for customer relationship management the system of own development was used. However in connection with in high gear development of network a system ceased to correspond to business needs of the company.

The project on implementation of a new CRM system started in December, 2008 and was implemented in most short time – in three months a system was brought into operation. Now all shops of the company work at the solution.

The implemented system allowed to consolidate information on all clients of network and their purchases in uniform base. Each sale is fixed in a system with detailing of the purchased goods items.

Each shop can address complete history of any client, see all his purchases, consumer preferences, estimate a response to marketing offers. For the staff of the central office a number of the ready OLAP reports allowing to build effective marketing is configured.

In the closest plans of the company - use of the mechanisms put in the solution for a feedback with clients using SMS and email mailings.
