FROM. GTM program

The solution is focused on automation of accounting, engineering and system tasks when planning, monitoring and the analysis of geological and technical actions. The application is considered as the instrument of support of the above-stated processes executed continuously and cyclically.

The solution "FROM. The GTM program" it is intended for automation of the following activities of specialists of Oil Company in planning, accounting and the analysis of the GTE:

• Annual planning of the GTE
• Quarter and monthly planning of the GTE
• Monitoring of works of the GTE - KRS
• Monitoring of works of the GTE - Drilling
• Optimization and analysis of the GTM program execution

In general, "FROM. The GTM program" functionally covers all lifecycle of the GTE from planning of volumes of actions for the company before control and the analysis of results of accomplishment of the GTE on the certain well.

Within annual planning of the GTE:

• Formation of preliminary volumes of the GTE, assessment of necessary volume of input of new wells, the list of new wells, the working schedule of construction and arrangement regarding PPD, the diagram of KRS;
• Formation of the list of the entered wells, the planned GTM set, the list of wells according to the nomenclature of the GTE, technological solutions of the draft of the GTM program;
• Planning Optimization of a system of development;
• Ranging of actions for efficiency;

Within quarter (monthly) planning of the GTE:

• Maintaining investment projects;
• Refining of the list of input of new wells, the list of wells according to the nomenclature of the GTE (PPD, KRS); Quarter planning of construction/construction of surface facilities for wells, delivery of new wells, input of new wells;
• Schedule refinement of works of construction and arrangement regarding PPD, Formation of the preliminary quarter diagram of KRS, the quarter GTM program regarding KRS;
• Quarter planning of optimization of development;

Within monitoring of works of the GTE - drilling:

• Formation of a geological task for drilling of the well, Geological and Technical dress on drilling of the well, the detailed work plan on drilling of the well, the drilling schedule and input of wells;
• Construction of wells and horizontal drilling;
• Operational monitoring of execution of works on construction of wells;

Within monitoring of works of the GTE - well servicing and workover:

• Formation of the Order on carrying out well servicing and workover, the detailed work plan TKRS, the schedule of crews of well servicing and workover, requests for monitoring of works of well servicing and workover;
• Conducting works of GRP and OPZ;
• Operational monitoring of execution of works of KRS;

Within optimization and analysis of the GTM program execution:

• Control of accomplishment of the monthly plan of the GTM Program. Technology and economic evaluation of efficiency executed by the GTE;
• The operational analysis of reasons for rejection of the actual indicators of the GTE from planned;
• Preparation of offers on refining of the GTM Program. Carrying out economic evaluation of offers;
• The analysis of additional production from the GTE;
• Consideration and approval of offers of the GTM Program.

Users of this application are all specialists of corporate and regional levels who are engaged in monitoring of development of fields, planning and monitoring of additional production and conducting investment activities regarding the GTE and drilling.

Implementation of the application "FROM. The GTM program" allows to receive the following standard results:
