Corporate system of project management of Teplocentrstroy Group

Founded in 1993, the Teplocentrstroy Group is diversified construction holding today. The main activities of Teplocentrstroy Group - design, construction (including functions of the general contractor), development, implementation of the advanced construction technologies.

In the conditions of growth of number and complexity of the implemented projects and also ambitious plans for business development, the management of Teplocentrstroy Group made the decision on development of the corporate system of project management (CSPM) for the purpose of increase in efficiency and technological effectiveness of implementation of contract projects.

For consulting support and setting of project management Proyektnaya PRAKTIKA Group which accumulated significant experience of rendering similar services including in the field of construction and development was selected.

Till June, 2011 according to the approved development plan for KSUP key methodological solutions on project management regarding requirements to projects and organizational and role structure, including by provision of Project office in a management system of Teplocentrstroy Group were developed.

Now works on development of KSUP are continued. Until the end of 2011 it is supposed to develop and formalize basic processes of project management, a set of methodical recommendations about separate knowledge domains and to implement a project management information system.

The developed KSUP will allow:

• provide the management and customers of Teplocentrstroy Group of the regular and authentic reporting on the course of projects;
• increase efficiency of use of material and labor resources of group;
• accumulate and extend the positive experience got when implementing projects.

The management of Teplocentrstroy Group highly appreciates the first project deliverables of development of KSUP.
