In Renault of Traks East company – the sole distributor of the Renault Trucks trucks (Volvo Group) in the market of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan – implementation of industry solution for BrightAuto CRM car business is complete. The project started at the end of 2009. The new system developed based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and implemented by specialists of consulting company BrightConsult Incadea Group will allow to improve customer interaction and, as a result, to increase efficiency of sales and the accompanying business processes.
Implementation of the CRM system became the instrument of increase in process performance of preparation and support of transactions in communication by growth of business of Renault of Traks East company. The tasks of reorganization of work of sales department, expansion of a funnel of sales, improvement of a warehouse management system and document flow were set for the company. In particular, it was required to introduce operating control of work of sales managers, to provide the single database, to systematize management of work with potential and current clients, to standardize sales processes and the connected adjacent processes. Improvement of management of a warehouse of trucks and also ensuring monitoring of their production and transportation became one of the major tasks.

It allowed to achieve more effective management of sales and a warehouse, to increase quality of work with clients, to simplify work with documentation, to reduce the number of routine transactions and to guarantee reliable storage and availability of information.
