The administration of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Yugra completes implementation of EDMS in the district

Since July, 2010 the PRIME GROUP company became the partner of EOS Group. Within partnership the first, small, pilot project for two departments of Administration of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug was executed. Soon tender on automation of other executive authorities of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug should start.

The leadership of KhMAO asked to book integrator audit of the EDMS used at them because a functional part of a system did not conform to the modern requirements imposed to EDMS.

The result of the conducted researches showed that the existing EDMS generally functions as an accounting system, i.e. is used only for document registration and control of performing discipline. At the same time, in EDMS neither heads, nor contractors work. Besides, there is no electronic approval of documents.

As a result the leadership of KhMAO made the decision on replacement with the existing EDMS by the modern system considering all requirements of the Customer.

2013. Development and final

The EDMS implementation project begun in 2010 approaches end - the press service of the company integrator reported on May 22, 2013.

Chronology of the project

2011 – 2012 – implementation EDMS "CASE" in government office, in all public authorities of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug located in the city of Khanty-Mansiysk.

2013 – connection to the system of geographically distributed network of nine public authorities on all autonomous area.

Results

By December, 2012 in EDMS "CASE" about 2.2 thousand people of all regional public authorities of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug – Yugra worked. Each document registered in division is scanned and transferred for work already in electronic form. Heads and contractors work in the subsystem "DELO-Web".

For May 22, 2013 works on connection to uniform base EDMS "CASE" of geographically distributed network of nine regional public authorities on all Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug – Yugra are conducted. In each such territorial and remote division secure channels are established ViPNet, jobs are connected "DELO-Web" and there is a training of employees in all district (the cities: Nizhnevartovsk, Surgut, Langepas, Megion, Iridescent, etc., all is going to connect about 600 more automated jobs).
